The hotel's garden was stunning and one of the highlights of our city break. the staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us find parking despite the narrow streets. the hotel was ideally located in the heart of the old city.
The bathroom was incredibly small and cramped, making it almost impossible to take a shower comfortably.

The hotel is located in a historical part of the city, making it convenient to explore on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting me with parking and navigating the narrow alleys. Despite this, the hotel facilities and my room were clean and well-maintained. The inner garden was also a highlight, providing a peaceful and beautiful ambiance.
Everything was spot on.

They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they were very accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance.
The bathroom was incredibly tiny and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to shower or even move around. the noise levels were quite high, making it hard to sleep at night.

We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. the luxurious amenities were impeccable and exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with exceptional service. Our room was equipped with exclusive advantages such as a private balcony looking out to the beautiful garden and a cozy fireplace. the location was ideal for us, within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to visit.
The only minor issue we encountered was the size of the bathroom; it was on the smaller side.
